My Life is an Open Book Ramble #161115: Three-month follow-up with my
psychiatrist today.
Validated my concerns as justified. The past week
has been a trauma, especially being in a marginalized demographic which
has been persecuted. Concern for my own safety is a true concern. Her
words, not mine. Going forward, I must do what I need to keep myself
protected in all aspects, and keep my psyche safe from pestering
suicidal wants. I have some idea on how I best am able to do that. Fight
forward.
