EMDR/PTSD Recovery Update #170112: Saw my psychologist today for my
monthly.
She was pleased(?) with how well the holidays passed for me
w/out much if any depression. Just accept that there will be bumps in
the road. I'm going in for another EMDR treatment in a couple weeks,
some cobwebs need to be dusted out.
Glaucoma appointment went
well. No changes. No increase in the loss of vision. Pressures and such
remain level. Keep on continuing on.
